We are tracking our time in Harvest but we would like to export the time tracking hours in Harvest and ingest those hours into a Jira Ticket.

Is there a way to translate the hours from a Harvest project to a JIra ticket?

@Jim.Hancock Does your Harvest tool support exporting time tracking data in CSV format. If yes, then you could use JIRA's CSV import wizard for importing those hours/worklogs into JIRA. But for that , you will need to restructure the CSV in JIRA CSV import format using the information in this Atlassian documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0713/importing-data-from-csv-964983825.html

Specifically, "Importing worklog entries" section of this document will be more important for you.

Yes it does...Thanks for this! (and the link) I will look into exporting the csv and importing that to Jira.

Thanks again!
