How to implement Single sign-on for Testlink and JIRA

Hi,

I'm working on integrating JIRA with Testlink. Is there any way to provide a single sign-on for Testlink and JIRA ie., once I login into testlink , I must also be logged in into JIRA.

You need to choose an SSO provider and set it up. You would need to cofigure Testlink and Jira for the provider. I do not know how to configure Testlink, but for Jira you should look at the following plugin:

Can I use LDAP for the same, instead of SAML. If yes, then How do I implement it?

If you use LDAP then you should setup Kerberos. In this case you will be able to use SSO
