How to i add release description & a list of jira tickets to send release to Slack automation

I am trying to add a Version description and a list of tickets to the syntax for the automation to 

When a version is released → then send a Slack message 

This the message and syntax that is sent to Slack:

Hi team. Your version {{version.name}} was released on {{version.releaseDate.mediumDate}}. Nice work! :tada:

I have tried adding  {{version.description}} but it doesn't work and I haven't a clue how to include the ticket.

Any help would be appreciated!

{{version.description}}  does work (helps if the version has a description!), but am still keen to understand if I can also get a list of issues.

@Anna Barker I just found this answer that might help with Slack as well.
