Hi,

I need to hide a specific space from the Space dropdown in the Create Ticket modal. Is there a way to do this?

The space in question relies on a form that is automatically attached only when tickets are created through the customer portal. If a user creates a ticket directly from Jira using the Create Ticket modal, the form is not attached, which results in invalid requests.

Thanks.

Hi @Jacqueline S_

If you are using company-managed project, you need to change the Browse projects permission only to the roles in your project. Otherwise, it will be shown to everyone.

If you are using team-managed project, you need to change the access level of your project to Private.

Thanks @Nikola Perisic

By project, do you mean space? How can I check whether it is a company-managed project or a team-managed one?

If I change the settings to either the roles in my project or to private, will people still be able to submit requests through the customer portal?

And where do I change those settings?
