We are trying to migrate our customers from slack to Jira so they can create their tickets on our platform. However, the problem we are having is that, whenever we invite someone to our channel, they can see all of our projects. I am wondering if there's a way that we can invite customer to create tickets only without seeing our dashboard and projects

Visitors to your website do not require a user account in Jira to use the Jira feedback form.
