How to get task start/due date to correctly show on the roadmap

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have an epic with 6 tasks. I've set the start and due dates accordingly, but they're not showing up correctly on roadmap. Attached is a screenshot. This is a scrum board, not a kanban board, for reference.
Also attached is a screenshot of the description for one of the tasks, so you can see that the Start Date and Due are set to dates different than what's displayed in the road
