How to get admin access

I need to create a project and implement all JSM, Atlassian features for my project. Can someone please let me know how to get Admin access, who is concern person/team? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is very much an internal challenge within your own company. Usually, Jira is managed by your internal IT team, so your best option would probably be to reach out through normal support channels inside your company to get help.

Hi @Ashish Meher , welcome to Atlassian community

As mentioned by Walter, reach out to your Atlassian/Jira Admin.

If you need to enable to features (like surveys, service request management, incident management and so on) specifically ask for Project admin role for the JSM project you want to enable the features in.

When you get access, follow these steps to activate the features. Project settings > Features > Enable required features.
