How to get access to projects?

I get this error (in Chrome) and cannot access any projects. Same issue in Firefox:

Are you logged in? Have you asked your admins to check your account is in the right roles and groups etc?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I am logged in. I have asked the admins to provide me with access, after showing them this same error alert. They still might not have given me the right roles and groups?
