In a majority of our workflows, issues get created with assignment to a person (original assignee) to solve the issue, but issues are closed by a QA person or manager. We need to know our close rate by week by original assignee?
I was hoping that would not be the case. I have done as you suggested using the Jira Misc Workflow extensions. Thanks Joe for providing a timely response.
