How to get a report on work logged on one task by multiple developers?

Case:

DevA has logged work of 5h. Now DevB reviews the code and logs work of 1h.

So how do we get a report where we can say that DevA has worked 5h and DevB has worked 1h in whole sprint?

I would happy to know if there is some other way round like if I can use some other fields like approver and may be that can discard my problem completely.

You can export an issue and its worklogs to Excel with the Better Excel Plugin.
