How to format a field description

Hi,

due to the change of the license policy i test Jira 8.14 as DataCenter.

One of my problems is the description.

In the good old days i can format the fielddescription with html and everything works good.

Now this is no more supported and i have to use wiki-markup.

No problem most of this works.

But normal text gets autoformatted and thats a pain.

The german singular or plural is sometimes written as Berichtsperiode(n).

But this looks ugly because it looks like Berichtsperiode<WITH THUMBDOWN>.

Ok, so all the descriptions have to be written in wiki-markup (who is responsible for this kind of shit).

If i try

{noformat:nopanel=true}Berichtsperiode(n){noformat}

I get a bigger margin between the field and the description.

Can i set something that it looks like a "normal" field description?

It is possible to enable HTML-Field-Description in the Settings :)
