How to fix the error : "Unable to retrieve addon module URL. Please check your specified module key.

Im trying to add a gadget to a dashboard  and im getting the error:

Unable to retrieve addon module URL. Please check your specified module key.

I removed the plugin, (timesheet).. installed another one and same error.

What does the application log say the problem is?  Read it for when you try adding the add-on.

Im using jira cloud where are the application logs?

Ah, they're on a server you have no access to.

You will need to raise this with Atlassian support - https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Yes, you need to update your internal clock. i dont remember how i did it but that solved the problem
