How to find usernames in Jira Cloud for CSV import

Hello! We are trying to do a bulk CSV import into Jira cloud and can no longer find usernames for our assignee and reporter fields. Is there an easy way to find users still?

Can you get your Site Admin to provide you a list of users and their usernames?

An alternative which I've used in the past is to create the mapping from existing assigned issues in Jira - this is how we did it:

• Search for issues with relevant users attached to them (assignee / reporter / creator)
• Export to CSV - which provides the user's usernames
• Export again using Print List - which provides the user's display name
• Copy / Paste the Print version from web browser into the original exported CSV
• Match user names to display names using the Jira Key

This way you have a list you can re-use of usernames vs display names for CSV imports.
