In Jira - Zephyr execution tracking, kindly let us know whether there is any possibility of finding the execution history for the test run (or) is it possible to make the Executed by field as Read-only in JIRA?

you should be able to take a look to History tab that shows all changes performed at ticket level. Isn't it?
