Does anyone know how to add Jira project keys to the Slack connector plugin? It looks like we lost the Client id and Secret. It shows up as null in the fields.Screen Shot 2020-05-29 at 7.34.37 PM.png

Hey Guhan, welcome to the Community!

These fields are generated by Slack when you create the app in your Slack workspace needed to configure the Jira Server integration using the Advanced configuration. You won't normally need to supply these fields when using the Basic configuration.

You can retrieve the configuration details for the custom integration from Slack here: https://api.slack.com/apps (note that you need to be logged into the account/workspace where the app was created).

If there's not a particular reason for using the advanced integration (multiple Jira instances connected to the same Slack workspace, behind a firewall, etc), you could also consider switching the configuration in Jira over to Basic and not have to add the extra fields.

Cheers,
Daniel
