Is there a way to find out all the dashboard gadgets or other filters / rich filters on which a JIRA filter has been used?
We are in the process of cleaning up old filters but unless we figure the above out, reporting may get impacted.

There is not a way to do this in Jira Cloud at this time. There is a change request for that. You might want to add your vote to it.
