How do I find my Jira cloud hosted location
reach out to Atlassian support. Here is a link to document that might help, however I believe if you were on Standard you will be unable to determine this information directly. understand-data-residency . With premium you can choose your location.
Hi @Jira Admin Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
You can go to admin.atlassian.com > Security > Data residency
If a product is PINNED to a location, its in-scope data is held in place there. By default, it is Global which means that data can be anywhere in the Atlassian cloud in the AWS region.
You can change it by following the steps mentioned here.
The option to change the data residency is available for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence with Enterprise, Premium, and Standard plans. It’s also available for Jira Work Management with Standard plans.

Another (unofficial) way to find it out. In a console window type:
curl https://<your-instance>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/serverInfo --raw -verbose
In the result you will see a Server-Timing header with the exact AWS region. Something like:
Server-Timing: (...);desc="aws-us-east-1,(...)"
In this case us-east-1 is the AWS Region. You don't need to be an admin nor be authenticated to try this one.
