How to find group permissions?

How do I list the permissions granted to a group at the project level?  For example:  Group A is not in any permission scheme, but were granted permission via a Project  Role?

Is there a way to list out the permissions given to a group?

This is for JIRA 5.0.4 in case something may be different in 7.

That's a very old version of JIRA. In the later version, you can see where groups are used in the "User Management > Groups"
