How to find and star a multi-project Kanban board?

In the new Jira navigation, I'm having trouble finding my  Kanban boards that cover multiple projects.

Can anyone provide advice on this?

* What's a quick way to find a Kanban board not tied to one project?

* How do I star the Kanban board?  I had my board starred, and I unstarred it, now I can't figure out how to put it back.

Hi @William Glass-Husain and welcome to the Community!

Put your cursor in the search bar at the top and from the search dialog select Boards. It brings you to the list of boards where you can star them. It then appears under starred items in the navigation.

While you're in the list, also check the board location. The board will be under the project it is associated with.

Great!  That helps me find the board.

I have boards that are cross-project, associated with a person.  How do I add a star to that board? There doesnt seem to be a place I can do this.

Flagging for Atlassian support -- I think this is a bug or missing feature.  There doesn't appear to be a way to star a cross-project board.
