In Jira on-prem, I used to be able to use the search

issue in SalesForceIssues(1854288)

to find all Jiras with that particular Saleforce case linked to them. Since moving to Jira cloud, this search syntax is invalid. However, I cannot find what has replaced it.

What is now the correct syntax?

Hi @pbland and welcome to the Community!

That syntax is definitely not standard Jira - not even on the server platform. I am pretty sure that you used to have an integration app in place on your server instance to connect Jira and Salesforce.

Most likely, you have one that connects you cloud instance to Salesforce now, but it probably does not have this custom JQL function in place (yet). There seem to be quite a few connector apps out there, so it may be worth looking into some of them to see if one of them may already support a similar feature on cloud.

Hope this helps!
