How to figure out who deleted a BigPicture box?

Hello,

I need to figure out who deleted a specific box. Is there a certain log file I can find this info. I downloaded already the Support logfiles of BigPicture, but couldn't find any information for it. Also there seems to be no docu at BigPicture for it. I even have no Audit logs for it...

Any suggestions?

Hi @Michael Aglas , thanks for your question and I am sorry about your situation.

The first thing I would check is who has permission to create and delete boxes. The simplest thing obviously is to ask the people who have this access who did it.

Then / at the same time, I would reach out to the vendor to ask for help. Home - BigPicture

They know best their tool and can offer help to avoid this happening again and how to troubleshoot.
