How to facilitate design reviews with multiple reviewers?
My team has recently moved from Monday to JIRA. Our Product/Design team was running design reviews in Monday, as seen in the screenshot above (names and summaries redacted). Monday managed this process very well and we are trying to replicate the same workflow in JIRA. The workflow is as follows:
1. Designer finishes a design, and requests a review from 1-5 reviewers.
2. Reviewers inspect the design (in no particular order) and either provide feedback or approval.
3. Once feedback has been incorporated and all reviewers give their thumbs up, the original design marks the task complete.
The key takeaways here are that the number of reviewers is not constant (it could be one reviewer or five reviewers), and that the reviews do not need to happen in any particular order.
I am not sure if JIRA workflow functionality will be able to mirror this. Maybe it would be possible through some sort of custom field or plugin? Any feedback would be highly appreciated!
