How to extract text executions in a word document?

While exporting the details of a test issue, the word document we get doesn't include the details of test executions. Is there a way to extract those?

I'd need to understand your use case a bit better, but if this is mainly about getting issue information, plus sub-task information (?), into a word document, you could check out the various export-focused apps on the Atlassian Marketplace.

I happen to work on an app myself that could help with that, JXL for Jira. JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. JXL also supports issue hierarchies (meaning that you can easily see sub-tasks below their parents), plus you can copy/paste data between JXL and pretty much any other app. The following is for Confluence, but it works the same for Word, too:
