How to export the queue in customer portal ?

I know that export options is available in dashboard as a customer support we can download the list of issues, in case if my customer want to download the issues (created by me)  in their portal how it is possible ? any setting available ?

Just to clarify, you are talking about JIRA Service Desk application. right?

I'm not sure if I completely understood your request, but I believe you are asking for a way that your customers could export issues created by you directly from the customer portal. Is it correct?

Unfortunately, JIRA does not have the functionality to allow customers to export issues using the customer portal, however, we agree this would be a useful feature to have.

That being said, we have created the following feature request to get it implemented:

Export Issues in customer portal

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

For now, there are some apps like Extension for Jira Service Desk that provides this functionality to your Service Desk. so please take a look and check if this would be an option for your team.

P.S: A customer can only access issues where he is the reporter or if the issue is properly shared with his organization. Make sure at least one of the settings above are properly configured to the customer if you try the app approach.
