Another option you can try is Better PDF Exporter for Jira Cloud, which can export your backlog and active sprint to PDF.

Welcome to the community.

What exactly do you want the PDF file to contain?

From the Search Issues screen you can update most of the information about issues. You would need to create a filter to select the issues to include. You could create filters to select issues in specific sprints, and use the filter for your board (with some modifications) to get the issues in the Backlog. The export from the Search Issues screen does not support PDF as an output format.
