If you are moving Cloud -> Cloud you should also be able to use the cloud to Cloud migration tool.

Hi @Алексей Супруненко , you cannot export a project natively. You can export the issues to CSV and import into a new project in another instance. Alternatively you can check the Marketplace for apps that allow project export.
