How to end the back-up process?

How to end the back-up process?

Hi,

two days ago I have started the back-up process with the back up manager.

It is still running with out any progress.

How can I end the back-up process and start all over again.

We have Jira Cloud and my previous back-ups ended as expected.

Please help...
