Dear all,
Since 2 weeks now, we notice that 3 of our users account have been desactivated without any action from user side.
In order to try to see the account information impacted users try to go the the follwoing url :
id.atlassian.com/login
Then if I am using my own login info, after login sucessfully I am redirected to Atlass home page ?
What is this new boring redirection ?
Usally the id.atlassian.com/login should allow me to manage my account as a single user

You are directing them to there personal Atlassian account page, that does no mean that they are active on your Cloud instance
You need to check within Atlassian Admin on your Cloud if the user are suspended or deactivated.
You will need to activate them, so they are usable in your instance again.
