How to enable time tracking

I have tried to activate time tracking, however, it does not give me the option to activate or deactivate. Please helpimage.png

Hi Angelique - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Have you done that last part where you need to modify the Permission Scheme for the project that you want to log time against? See that last sentence in your screenshot above.
