How to enable Reports Feature?

I want to enable the reports feature on my team-managed project. I found documentation on how to enable it. 

The documentation says to go to Project Settings, but I can't see any definite project setting page. 

Navigate to your team-managed software project.

Go to Project Settings > Features.

Enable the Reports feature

I found this settings window which is more broad (see below). Which one has the features page? I've clicked through all of them and can't find it. It seems like the project settings are split up over multiple tabs.

Your screenshot is the platform settings, rather than a single Project's!

To activate reporting on a single Team-managed Project:

1. Go to your Project
2. Select Project Settings from the left-hand collapsable menu - it's at the bottom of the list
3. Select Features from the refreshed left-hand menu
4. Toggle Reports to ON
