How to enable Github branching model

I went through this guide https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/branches-776639968.html#Branches-model to enable the branching model but I can't see any option for branches.

I can create branches from my tickets, but I also want to enable the branch types.

The guide you are referring to is for Bitbucket and Jira Software Data Center / Server, while it seems you are using cloud. These are technologically different products with different feature sets. So make sure you are checking out the guides that match your platform.

Ok, then I'll try to find where's the correct documentation for linking the branches model with Github (and if it's possible).
