How to enable Board feature

Hi team,

The Board feature in my project is disabled. When I hover the toggle button, I saw not allow icon. My Jira account is Standard package.

Do you know the reason why I cannot enable the Board feature?

Project Settings > Features > Board

The image that you are showing is indicating that the Board feature is already on and cannot be disabled.

You should see that "Board" is already listed in the navigation pane on the left, and if you click on it the Board will display.

If that is not the case, in your navigation pane at the top below the project name does it say "Software"? If not, what does it say?
