How to enable Bamboo deployments to appear in the Jira deployments space

Our Bamboo deployments are showing on the individual Jira tickets, but when we try to look at our deployment frequency or cycle time in the Jira reports, no data is pulling through, even though we're assigning the Jira issue to the deployments.
