How to embed anonymous Instagram profile viewer in Confluence for competitor research?

Hi Atlassian Community,

Our marketing team uses Confluence as our central
knowledge base for competitor research and social
media analysis.

We have a dedicated Confluence space where we
document competitor Instagram strategies — their
posting frequency, follower counts, engagement
patterns, and content themes.

The problem we face: most team members don't have
Instagram accounts, or they don't want to log in
just to view competitor profiles during research
sessions. Instagram also sometimes blocks repeated
profile views from the same account.

Our current workaround is using HideViewer
(https://hideviewer.com) — a free browser-based
tool that lets you view any public Instagram
profile, stories, and followers without logging
in. It's been useful for quick competitor checks
without risking our main account getting flagged.

My question: has anyone found a way to embed
external web tools like this inside a Confluence
page using iframes or macros? We want team members
to access it directly from our research Confluence
page without switching tabs.

Any advice on Confluence iframe permissions or
approved external tools list would be helpful!
