How to edit time sheets in Tempo after they are submitted?

I am not able to edit the timesheets in the regular way after they are submitted in Tempo is there any way to edit the hours logged

You will need to open the sheet and need permissions to do so.  Depending on how you are setup you may need to reject the timesheet or if you are using period management it is possible to close periods so that worklogs within the period can not be edited. For period management rights a user must have the Tempo Administrator permission.

If the timesheet approval process is enabled then users with the approve timesheet permission that are reviewers can reopen timesheets.
