How to downgrade to free plan for an inactive jira

Hi All,

Can you please guide me in changing my plan from premium to free? I've removed extra users but can't find the option to reactivate my subscription without paying for premium plan.

You can find the process in this kb.

https://admin.atlassian.com/

Select your organization, Billing, next to the product Manage. Then you should be redirected to a billing page and be able to select change plan on the top right.

FYI, my Jira is inactive... I've added the screenshot... I can't find the change subscription option here.

Have you try to reactivate it using the reactivate button ? I think you will be prompt to select a plan.
