Hi Team,

How to sync my JIRA production and JIRA Preproduction with each other.

kindly provide complete steps to do this.

Highly depends on what your infrastructure people prefer.

My preference is to have my pre-production server set up with an identical copy of the service, but running on a box that is firewalled off from most things and with the "do not try email stuff" flags set on the startup environment.

I then stop it, restore a database backup of Production from last night, then start it and re-index it imediately.
