Our team is used to creating tasks and features in the backlog. If it is a feature, there will be multiple subtasks completed by different people, but the story point of the person corresponding to the sub-task cannot be correctly counted in the "summary of assigned work".

You cannot display story point statistics for Subtasks in the Backlog.

The native hierarchy of Jira is

Epic > general issue types > subtasks.

The backlog is architected to display story point information for issues at the middle level. You will not be able to customize it to show the story point information for subtasks.

Can you provide more information on why you are using story points on subtasks? This is not typically done, as the design of Jira is such that subtasks are not considered independent work items. They can't be individually assigned to sprints, but rather are carried into and out of sprints by their parent issue. Story points are typically used when estimating independent work items.
