How to display list of issues and their linked issues?

I have a "project" in my Jira environment that is meant to track issue releases. each release is its own ticket which has 20 or so linked issues that are part of other from other "projects"

I would like to display each issue release ticket and its linked issues. right now this is doable using JQL for one release. But I want to do it for ALL.

See below:

Issue release 1

1. linked issue1
2. linked issue 2
3. etc

Issue release 2

1. linked issue1
2. linked issue 2
3. etc

Is this possible using standard JQL. Eventually i would like this o be in smartsheet but have been testing the JQL within JIRA filter view for now.

What does means issue release? is it version  or issue type?
