How to disable History Comments for Viewer

Please assist me to disable all and change the history tab panel for viewer role in team-managed project.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I strongly advise you to not disable any of those modules. That is core functionality of Jira. If you disable those modules it can affect every project.

Instead, please explain to us the problem you are actually trying to solve. Hopefully we can suggest an alternative that does not involve disabling core product functionality.
