How to delete none value of Jira field select list single choice?

I set a value as default but I still can see the none value. Is there any way to delete it?

Hi @Jason Liu 

You can make the field required from field configuration scheme.

Hi Manoj, I tried to set it as required but it's still there. It can only make it non-selectable. I think Tansu's link helps. Thank you.
