I started a sprint before we had completed estimations and added issues to sprint, which resulted in an incorrect burn down chart.
i created a new sprint, moved all the issues into it and finished the erroneous sprint.
i renamed the new sprint to previous sprint name.
all is good except in reporting I have two sprint 2’s.
how do I delete the original, incorrect one?
i have seen some articles that show an ellipses on the report page that allows this but it is missing from my sprint burn down report page
any help would be appreciated!
This will depend if your project is Classic or Next-Gen.
-------------
Classic:
You'll need the "Manage Sprints" project permission to perform this action.
If the board has more than one project, you'll need this permission for each project present on the board.
Then, to delete a completed sprint:
See visuals for this approach on this page
-------------
Next-Gen:
It's not possible to do this in Next-Gen yet.

Then this isn't possible yet, I'm afraid.
For future reference, you can edit/delete an active sprint in Next-Gen:
