How to customize the login button at top right Corner of dashboard in jira login page

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know, how we can customize the login button, which appears on top right corner in jira login page.I wanted to know ,how we can achieve these by using SAML SSO app or by using another custom ways.Kindly provide reference for these and refer below screenshot for location to add new button or to customize existing 'Log In' button.

I am not aware of any way to customize that.
