Hi Team,
I am trying to customize email settings but not getting. I want create a rule, to send email when the comments are added.
If the comments are internal- then email should not be sent to reporter.
If the comments are external- Then email should need to sent to reporter.
I am trying but both for internal and external comments the email is sent to reporter. Please help me for creating one rule for this. Its very urgent.
