I can't find any setting to cutomize my own workflow to every project? and can only setup everytime when I create a new project.
How can I setup my own default workflow to each project instead of adjust everytime?

The project templates generate a new workflow when you ask for a new one, unless you choose "share config with an existing project".
So, if you create your new workflow, add it into a workflow scheme and swap your projects over to that scheme, that will make existing projects use the workflow. Then when you create a new project, use the "use shared config" option and select one of the existing projects and the new project will use the workflow.
May I know where I can find the "use shared config", I tried to find it out but in vain.

Click create project, select a type, then a template, select company-managed projects,and you'll land on the screen asking for a name and a key. The "share config" tick box is on there.
