Hello @Paul Achinth Paul

Clockwork provides you with this functionality. You can install Clockwork free at no cost and it will get you this report instantly as Clockwork syncs with the Worklogs already on your instance. You can filter by individual users and have the timesheet report of the Worklogged for a period of time. You can also filter this report by other components including custom fields and Worklog attributes.

With Clockwork PRO, you can you can get this report from the Timesheet by filtering by certain Teams.

Here is a sample report for the CS team:

I will be happy to give you a tour of the App, please reach out here.

Hello, @Paul Achinth Paul !

As mentioned below the easiest way is to use one of the add-on presented at Atlassian Marketplace.

You may wanna try add-on developed by my team - Cost Tracker for Jira Cloud. It lets you utilize work logs from any time-tracking app and Jira Time tracking fields to create time reports. We're also working on our own time tracking feature, coming soon!

The Scope tab displays a list of issues with work logs during your chosen period in the filter. You'll find the work log amounts reported for each issue during that time. You can enhance your Time Report by adding Custom Jira Fields.IMG_0595.png

The team tab shows all users who reported time to the selected scope in the specified period, with work log amounts against each user.

Time reports can be exported to Excel for further analysis and presentation.

Cost Tracker goes beyond just time reports – it also generates Cost Reports based on work logs and expenses. I hope you find it helpful!
