How to create the item in jira project

One user needed access to be able to create items in the Manager project in Jira. Could you please help me with details do need to ask with employee to provide the access. Please help me steps as well.

Does the user have access to Jira?

- If not, you will need to contact the Product Administrator, User Administrator, and/or Organization Administrator to get the details of how that access can be enabled.

If the user has access to Jira, does the user have access to see the content of the Manager project?

- If the user has access to Jira but cannot see the project content, then they need to be granted access to the project. The specific method for that will depend on a few items:

1. What type of project is it? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
2. Are you the Project Administrator for the project?

- If the user can see the project content but cannot create issues in the project, that indicates they don't have adequate permissions in the project. The method to grant them that permission will depend on the answer to the same two questions I listed above.
