How to create label for tasks/sub-tasks?

We use team-managed projects in Jira.

We want to create same labels to group some issues with filter.How to create label for tasks/sub-tasks?

Click on the labels field and add the label you want

You would need to add a label based field to your project. If you aren't the admin of the project you can ask them to create a field of type label in the project

However, something to keep in mind is in team managed projects if fields are created and use the same name as fields anywhere else you may negatively impact search results for users using JQL. Team managed projects are great as they empower teams to do work the way they see fit, but also a double sided sword because it can affect your reporting. So just be careful the number and names of the fields you add.
