What information do you want to display in the dashboard?
You can create a filter for each Epic to retrieve the Epic and its child issues. You can use each of those filters in a gadget of your choice in a Jira Dashboard, adding one gadget for each filter.
You if you want to display summary information about the count of child issues in each status, under an Epic, you could do that by creating a filter that retrieves the child issues based on the keys in their Epic Link field, and then use the Two Dimensional Issue Statistics gadget to display the information per Epic.
Jira Cloud does not natively include a bar chart gadget that would support your requirement.
You might be able to find a third party app that would add that functionality, in the Atlassian Marketplace.

The Two Dimensional Statistics chart that I mentioned in my reply is native Jira Cloud functionality.
