How to create custom reports?

I want to create a custom report in Jira, where I can see total estimate of the sprint vs total time logged in the sprint.

Similarly, I want time estimate vs time logged for a particular issue in the sprint whether it is a Story, Task or Subtask of a story.

Please provide any dashboard gadget which can generate such reports or any way to create such custom report.

Note: The sprint can be current or previous sprints, and that report can be exported via excel or in word.
